RETURN POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake and would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We try to get your shirts printed as soon as possible, so once your order is in production we can no longer cancel your order.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are a small shop and all of our items are printed to order. Therefore we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges at this time.

 

What should I do if my item arrived damaged or is defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace that item at no charge to you. Just email us at crownprintscompany@gmail.com with an explanation and photo of the issue and we will make sure it gets taken care of.
